Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Michigan Fishing provides access to a fully digital product: an online platform delivering Michigan lake data, DNR stocking records, fish species information, catch logging tools, and related content. Because our product is entirely digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

By subscribing to a Michigan Fishing plan (monthly or annual), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing immediate, ongoing access to a digital service
• No physical goods are delivered and no tangible product exists to return
• All fees paid are non-refundable, including fees for any unused portion of a subscription period
• Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of charges already made

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period

Exceptions

We will consider refunds only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge
• Unauthorized charges: if a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately

Refund exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Michigan Fishing.

How to Request an Exception

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of the charge via our contact form or at hello@michigan-fishing.com, including your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute.
